Vietnam police crack down on cat-theft racket, reunite 40 pets with owners
Vietnamese police have dismantled a criminal network involved in stealing cats destined for the meat trade, rescuing more than 400 live animals and reuniting at least 40 with their owners across Ho Chi Minh City.
