Vietnamese President To Lam has described Vietnam-Malaysia relations as increasingly dynamic, with bilateral trade reaching US$10.8 billion in the first half of 2026, up 40 per cent year-on-year, as both nations strengthen their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
