Transport Ministry Seeks Legal Reform to Compensate Road Accident Victims and Crack Down on Illegal Racing
Malaysia's Transport Ministry is pushing for amendments to the Road Transport Act 1987 to establish a court-ordered compensation mechanism for road accident victims and their families, whilst strengthening penalties against illegal street racing.
