Grenade Safety Lever Released Prematurely in Kedah Camp Explosion, Defence Ministry Finds
A Board of Inquiry into last month's fatal grenade explosion at Kem Hobart in Gurun, Kedah has determined the weapon's safety lever disengaged prematurely during a throwing exercise, detonating near the personnel involved.
