Bomb Discovery Forces Labuan Airport Runway Closure, Disrupting Regional Flights
Labuan Airport suspended runway operations on June 26 after explosives were found 150 metres from the runway. The Royal Malaysian Air Force issued a NOTAM, forcing cancellations and diversions to major regional destinations including Kuala Lumpur, Miri, and Kota Kinabalu.
