Three Thai Women Held Over Deceptive Charity Solicitation in Kota Bharu
Kelantan social welfare authorities have detained three Thai women accused of using emotional manipulation to solicit charitable donations from ATM users in Kota Bharu, earning up to RM300 daily through deceptive practices.
