KEMAS Plans Special Needs Kindergarten in Every Malaysian District by 2027
Malaysia's Community Development Department will nearly triple its special needs kindergarten provision by 2027, establishing at least one facility per district while maintaining affordable RM100 monthly fees for disadvantaged families.
