Hong Kong Legislator William Wong Resigns Over Drink-Driving Scandal, First in 26 Years
Hong Kong legislator William Wong Kam-fai has resigned from the Legislative Council following his arrest on suspicion of drink-driving and hit-and-run, marking the first such resignation over a scandal in more than 26 years.
