Malaysia is targeting RM50 billion in medical device exports by 2030, nearly 45% growth from last year's RM34.54 billion. Deputy PM Ahmad Zahid also aims to nurture 10 local MedTech champions and ensure half of new jobs are managerial and technical roles.
