Gerakan Withdraws from Johor Election to Back Perikatan Nasional Coalition
The Malaysian Democratic Party (Gerakan) has opted out of the Johor state election, choosing instead to direct its efforts toward backing component parties within the Perikatan Nasional coalition, according to the party's election director.
