Eight tugboat crew members arrested for stealing marine gas oil off Singapore coast
Eight crew members aboard a Singapore-registered tugboat have been arrested for allegedly stealing marine gas oil valued at S$10,570 and selling it for personal gain in territorial waters off Tuas.
