Chinese Health Centre Scam Uses Soy Sauce to Defraud Over 100 Elderly Patients of US$1.5 Million
Beijing authorities have arrested more than 30 people for operating an elaborate health fraud targeting elderly citizens. The scheme used soy sauce in intestinal cleanings to convince over 100 seniors they had dangerous toxins, resulting in losses exceeding US$1.5 million.
