Cabinet Approves Road Transport Act Amendments to Make Offenders Pay Victims
Malaysia's Cabinet has endorsed proposed amendments to the Road Transport Act 1987 that would allow courts to impose compensation orders on road offenders as an additional punishment beyond fines and imprisonment.
