Eight Foreign Suspects Arrested in Penang Over Alleged China-Taiwan Travel Scam
Penang police arrested eight foreign nationals at a luxury Tanjung Bungah condominium yesterday, suspected of orchestrating an international travel fraud targeting victims across China and Taiwan with counterfeit Japan holiday packages.
