Ajinomoto Co Inc to Take Ajinomoto Malaysia Private in RM603.4 Million Deal
Japanese parent Ajinomoto Co Inc is acquiring the remaining shares of its Malaysian monosodium glutamate unit for RM603.4 million, offering minority shareholders RM20 per share in a delisting transaction.
