Malaysia Keeps Civil Service Retirement Age At 60, Makes PERKESO Contribution Voluntary

Malaysia's Cabinet has decided to maintain the mandatory retirement age for civil servants at 60 years old, rejecting proposals to raise it. The government also made PERKESO contributions for non-work accidents voluntary rather than mandatory.
