Malaysia to Replace AUKU with Comprehensive Higher Education Act by 2035
Malaysia will replace the 1971 Universities and University Colleges Act (AUKU) with a new comprehensive higher education law as part of its Malaysia Higher Education Plan 2026-2035, announced by Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir.
