Court of Appeal Cuts Lim Guan Eng's Defamation Award Against Muhyiddin to RM450,000
The Court of Appeal has substantially reduced damages awarded to DAP adviser Lim Guan Eng to RM450,000 in a defamation case against former premier Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin over remarks concerning Yayasan Albukhary's tax status.
