Seremban High Court Rules Muslim Child Custody Cases Must Go Through Shariah Courts
Malaysia's Seremban High Court has determined that custody disputes involving only Muslim parents fall outside the jurisdiction of civil courts and must instead be resolved through the shariah court system.
