China arrests two Japanese Fuji Electric employees in Dalian over rare earth export violations
China has formally arrested two Japanese nationals employed by Fuji Electric in Dalian on suspicion of breaching rare earth export laws. The men were initially detained in May, with arrests confirmed in June.
