Cambodia Seals Borders in Manhunt for Oknha's Daughter Accused of Fatal Hit-and-Run
Cambodian authorities have sealed all border crossings in pursuit of a 27-year-old woman accused of causing a fatal hit-and-run in Phnom Penh. The suspect, identified as Sam Meiju and daughter of an Oknha, allegedly fled after her vehicle struck a motorcyclist to death.
